Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed. Once the diamonds have been sent to the specified IMO ID, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in cases where the recharge was unsuccessful due to a technical error on our side. If diamonds have already been credited to your account, no refund will be provided.
